Have you ever wanted to escape from the grind of everyday life? Lock away your phone, connect with your loved ones, and explore nature?
Just two hours outside of Nashville, you’ll find the perfect place to do just that at Getaway’s newest location — Getaway Dale Hollow.
This village of tiny homes has everything you need to relax, unplug, and enjoy the beauty of nature all around you.
Where Is Getaway Dale Hollow?
Located an hour and 50 minutes from Nashville, you’ll find these tiny homes in the town of Moss, TN spread across 415 acres.
Surrounded by a forest of trees, the Getaway Dale Hollow Outpost is just 25 minutes from Dale Hollow Lake — where you can enjoy the water. There are also several amazing hikes within an hour of the outpost, including the Winding Stairs Loop, Bearwaller Gap, and the Roaring River Falls Trail.
The cabins are spread out throughout the Outpost, but you’ll still be near your neighbors.
What Can You Expect?
So what can you expect to be included in your tiny home? Everything you need, and nothing you don’t.
Each cabin comes with one or two queen beds (depending on your number of guests), a lockbox for your cell phones, a hot shower with shampoo and conditioner, A/C and heat, a two-burner stove, a mini-fridge, drinking water and a sink, a private bathroom, a fire ring, a picnic table with a grill grate, chairs, and even salt, pepper, and olive oil.
The beds are located right in front of big windows, so you can enjoy the fantastic views in comfort. (But if you don’t want the sun to wake you — just pull down the blinds and sleep in!)
You can pack light! Linens, pillows, and everything you need will already be there waiting for you. Kitchen equipment, dishes, utensils, lighters, and a bottle opener and corkscrew are also available for your use.
You can bring ingredients from home of course, but they also have provisions for sale on site, as well as a sustenance box that has everything you’ll need for an off-the-grid vacation.
Firewood and firestarters can also be purchased at the Outpost.
Can You Bring Your Kids? Your Pet?
Absolutely! You can bring both!
Book a two-bed cabin and let the kids have fun on the top bed bunk. The whole purpose of these fun tiny homes, is that you can take a break from the screens, and connect with your loved ones in nature.
