Slow Food Atlanta’s 12th Annual Ice Cream Social, in collaboration with Peachtree Road Farmers Market, is Atlanta’s coolest and sweetest summer tradition.

Cool down and vote on your favorite ice cream flavor created by local chefs and ambitious amateurs – all partnering with local farmers to bring fresh, summer ingredients into every spoonful.

This event is open to everyone – so bring a spoon and enjoy good, old-fashioned summertime fun! Kid Friendly! It always sells out, so get your tickets today!

Proceeds from the event support Peachtree Road Farmers Market’s 12th season and Slow Food Atlanta’s work advocating and educating for good, clean and fair food for all.

TICKET INFORMATION

Advanced tickets available online here are $20 for adults and $5 for children (5+) and include an all-access pass to samples.

Tickets at the door will be $25 for adults and $10 for children.

Kids four and under are free.

Lesli made her way to Atlanta over 20 years ago, after living in Germany, Japan and six U.S. states. She relishes the discovery of obscure, offbeat and unwonted places, and she will chat up any willing stranger to uncover a new secret locale.

After 18 years in software development, Lesli bailed on the corporate scene. When she’s not traveling, she’s hiking in the mountains or checking out Atlanta’s culinary scene, whiskey in hand.

Lesli has two kiddos -Cooper and Elliot- plus two bonus kids currently at UGA, and she’s happily married to her soul mate.
